(1) Toluene solvent recovery equipment did not enter the working mode: Toluene solvent recovery equipment power switch, twist once for equipment through mode, not working mode. It needs to twist the equipment twice continuously to enter the normal working mode. At this time, the working indicator light is on, which is the working mode;

(2) Cooling pipe blockage: solution: when the steam meter temperature drops below 50 ℃ after shutdown, open the recycling bucket cover and blow air at the outlet with an air gun until the air runs out from the steam inlet;

(3) High boiling point of solvent: the solution is to increase the heating temperature by 20-30 ℃, if the heating temperature has been adjusted to Zui high, it can be recovered with vacuum pump;

(4) Poor heat transfer performance of heat transfer oil: solution: the heat transfer oil of Solvent recovery machine needs to be replaced every 1500 hours. If it is not replaced for a long time, it will not only cause poor heat transfer performance, reduce work efficiency, but also cause damage to the heater due to oil carbon deposition. Therefore, when the heat transfer oil is used for more than 1500 hours, the heat transfer oil should be replaced immediately.
