(1) As the solvent recovery machine often handles different solvents, if it is not cleaned frequently, a thick layer of residue can be stuck in the barrel. If the residue in the recovery barrel is not cleaned thoroughly, the residue will become thicker and thicker. Under the condition of high temperature heating, the residue will harden and carbonize, and the automatic shutdown time will extend, causing the residue to overheat and smoke.

(2) The solvent recovery machine will also smoke when the temperature controller is set incorrectly. For example, if the boiling point of a solvent is 56 ℃, if the shutdown temperature controller is set too high or too close to 56 ℃, the machine will not be able to automatically shut down and continue to heat, causing residues to overheat and smoke; if the heating temperature of heat medium oil is set too high, residues will overheat and smoke.

(3) The contact part between the gasket (end sealing ring) and the recycle drum is not cleaned up, which causes the steam to go out. If there is heat source around the steam, it will also cause the solvent recycler to smoke.
